Formula e Donington Park test.

Lovely shots but what do they sound like ?
Thanks..cars don't make a lot of noise...if the racings good then it will be a winner..I have been told quite a few F1 teams are involved in the development of the cars..this is a serious race series which I believe will attract a lot of interest..good to see it based in the UK.

Nice set, really like the first one, my kind of fill the frame shot, love it.

Paul.

I have only just noticed that they are on grooved tyres ! Nice collection Paul #2 & #3 for me.

Great set Paul especially #1

How do you find out about these test days? I live not too far from Donnington and would like to spend a day there. Any accreditation required?

Just a heads up that the last test before the season starts is this Tuesday at Donington. It's free to attend and although they ask to pre-register on the website when I went to one of the test days in July they didn't ask for any proof of that, just park up and walk in through the open gates. Session starts at 9am, finishes 6pm.

Yes, I went to the web site to register and received no response. It did however say that if I printed off the e-mail that would suffice!

Not quite sure what you did to these, but they look very metallic shiny in an unnatural way - some sort of HDR or over zealous use of shadow recovery?

Numbers 2 and 5 are of the Virgin Racing car, which is mostly covered in a very shiny chrome wrap.....it's a bugger to photograph.
