Some recent shots from my trip to Texas about two weeks ago. Here are some of my favorites from the day. Critique would be wonderful! :)

They turned the misters on the tiger exhibit, and I'm quite happy with this shot. Mystical, eh?

Not a great shot by any means, but this youngster was running all over the exhibit, just had to share. They move so gracefully

Again, not the greatest shot, but he's such an odd looking creature. Anyone know what species he is? It didn't say...

Thanks for looking! :ty:

Some good shots but I have to say the saturation on the parrot and the jaguar are ridiculously excessive. Still, I do like the jaguar, the eyes look good. My favourite is the long necked animal, whatever it is..the ear is slightly chopped off, but apart from that it's a nice image.

The long necked thing is a Gerenuk, also known as a giraffe necked antelope.

Agree with the saturation on the jaguar and parrot. The white tiger shot doesn't do it for me I'm afraid.

3 the bg is a bit too much of a distration.
4 its a pity about the clipping
6 is difference, and the colours look really good
8 is really nice and sharp

For me #4 is great, they do move with grace and style and clipped or not the pic shows thge grace, colours look great too :)
