Nice work.

Putting my picky hat on.. I don't know if it's just because I'm familiar with the work of Jake Hicks but I reckon this could do with a bit more careful retouching. In particular some skin work, especially on the neck, some work on the contrast and a bit of dodging & burning to really bring it to life. At the moment it's a little bit muddy and unfinished looking.

Fab colours, great lighting, but I also agree with @juggler 's statement above about some dodging and burning. Having said that, it's far better than I have ever managed using gels.

For me, in the first image, the nose is too hot.
