Not fancying being caught up in the mayhem surrounding the race itself, I decided to take the easy option of watching the practice. Weather was excellent (only one or two showers) and with the exception of a few other nerds (photographers) I had the place to myself.

55-250mm performs well, but would love a Canon 70-200 (if only I could justify it)!!
