Globe Artichokes

As the title says, Just some Globe Artichokes.
My intention was always to make this a black & white photo. I was trying to find a good composition and came up with this.

You caught the textures well.

The composition works too that triangular shape you created is a winner.

I like the drama look/style, but it doesn't suit all subjects.
