I always want to try new things, do something different so I've developed a device to create "Fire Rain" - aka Fire Painting.

This was the first ever on location shot, which unfortunately wasn't the most ideal of locations and having to stand 5m behind the car meant i wasnt able to get the tool as high as I'd hoped..

Anyways, i present "Fire Rain". (y)

nice work, not sure on the composition though, too much dead space below the car. the effect is an excellent idea though :)
 
I'd agree with the above. The ground being right in the middle of the composition (and not appearing level to the eye) puts me off it.
 
Thanks guys, as per post #1 - I couldn't get the tool high enough, so rather than showing the tool and dead space above I chose to go lower - versus cropping in and loose some of the fire effect :(

Next time Ill be up much higher allowing for better composition.
 
This and the rest of your work is outstanding Barry. Genuinely. (had a nosey on your FB)

Original and just epic to look at.

I agree on the crop as per the guys above but it's still a smart photo.
 
different colour of car is the only thing I'd change. something to contrast with the dark background

edit - wheels look funny. odd lighting/editing of layers?
