Beginner Granddaughter

All you need Roy is a WB tweak and you're good to go!

If you want to set it in camera for indoor lighting you'd ltypically be looking at setting colour around 3-3.5K

In camera?

It is nonsense in today's household to shoot anything than Auto WB because
of the multiple and different light sources.

The tweaks could be done in your converter successfully!

Nice shot of a beautiful little girl, I quite like the warm WB as it a blends nicely with her tescian locks.

nice shot roy as noted in pp just change the wb .... would also like to see a mono conversion could be quite a good one imho

Nice capture of a lovely expression. Can I ask what your settings were Roy, it looks a little soft.

I thought that, struggling to see a sharp spot so maybe camera shake? I had a quick play with the temp to try and give a slightly more natural skin tone but keep it warm.

You have a loverly Granddaughter Roy and you have captured a wonderful expression well done.

It seems the the main lighting was a overhead tungsten light hence the colour cast and shadowing of the eyes.
It is very easy to remove or lessen this colour cast if you shot raw..less so if jpeg.
