Raptors 19-12-21 14 (1 of 1).jpgA mate asked me if I could take some photos of his lad's football home games, here is one with the Sony A9 mc-11 adapter and Canon ef 70-200mm f/4 L is usm lens
 
Shooting my son doing sport was how I got into sports photography. Some good images here. Ball in the shots, some action and a low viewpoint for the last two. Hard to get much separation with the lenses but I'm sure your mate will love the images. I've got the Tamron 70-180 which works very well with the A9. The 200-600 has done a decent job too
 
Get something to sit on and stay low down.. the first pic is good but would have been very good from a low angle.. otherwise.. fronts of players.. ball in pic.. your doing OK :)
 
Cheers for the critique and comments (y) I see what you mean about the chair as I've considered using one for future games
