Great Crested Grebe

Beautiful birds aren't they!

Shame about the shadow on the closeup shot,

It's the third that tickles my fancy though. Nice comp', good DOF, and the exposure is well managed. Might be tempted to chop off a bit of the water above the head though, just to balance things up a bit.

Not an easy bird to capture well.
