Thanks for the feedback managed to shoot this at ISO200, so getting there slowly!

Im at work at moment so can't check full EXIF, but from what I recall I was at f/11, but only managed to get 1/60 shutter , ISO 200, Manual focus and AV mode. I have only cropped for composition and used only 50% on Unsharp Mask.Oh and I was tripod mounted with flash, I think the flash exp was -2/3, double diffused.I have mega unsteady hands and find it a nigh on impossible to shoot hand held unless I can get the shutter speed right up!

And don't worry about the unsteady hands I have the same problem you just get inventive in ways to brace yourself.

Wow thanks for the great feedback Laurence, I really appreciate that Ive only just started doing Macro, so on a steep learning curve.
I used a Sigma 105mm f/2.8, tripod mounted as I have very unsteady hands!
