Taken early morning with a harsh sun @ 500mm HH f5.6 1/800 iso 200, I tried to frame as to show habitat and the harsh sunlight ?

It's a decent effort in that light. A few things as you're asking for critique.

As touched on by Tara, you should really have more space in front of the bird than behind, giving it space to look into. A crop would be an easy fix here for that.

The tilt needs fixing, this might take care of your crop too.

The whites are popped but that's not suprising in that light. Whites are a devil at the best of times with wildlife, you really need diffuse light to control them.

All that said, the 'rules' are sometimes there to be broken. (y)

Steve, I agree with Dale above and done a quick edit, crop, straighten.

Selectively just to the bird, tried to pull back the whites, warmed wb, more saturation and reduced cyan as there was some CA down the bird's back :)
