Have you bought anything from photospecialist.co.uk?

I've bought several things without issue in the past, however a lot of negative reviews seem very recent, maybe there are problems now.
 
Bought quite a bit of RRS kit from them with no issues whatsoever.

Just bought a Godox flash from them which arrived in a few days. Have bought from them in the past without issue. Not sure what the experience would be if I had to return anything. Think I’d buy local for high value items in case of a return.
 
I've bought 2 F-Stop bags from them with no issues but I did order a new Leica MP from them some years ago. With the Leica it was advertised as if in stock with a 5-7 day delivery, they took payment straight away but after 7 days no delivery so I contacted them and after several attempts they admitted they were waiting for stock and had no idea when they would get one in. I asked them to cancel the order and issue a refund which they did but because they deal in Euros (although the advert was in GB Pounds and that is what they took from my card) when they refunded me the exchance rate had dropped and I lost quite a bit of money on the refubd. I contacted them and argued that they should refund me the GBP amount they refused. I appealed via my Credit Card and PayPal but neither took it up for me and I was left out of pocket. I expect the same would happen if you ned to return an item.

Be aware that Photospecialist.co.uk is just a website the actual company is based in The Netherlands hence actually dealing in Euros despite the site pricing un GBP.
