Studio have you met my wife?

Hi all,
I took some friends and willing volunteers to a photostudio this weekend and enjoyed myself a great deal.
In setting up the lighting for something I asked the missus to take a seat and wanted to share it.

Critique welcome but also just to share a very out-of-character shot.
I thought this unusual as most portaits that I've see are not so direct and typically taken at an oblique angle.

I really like it. I can't comment much on the colors, as my computer monitor is terrible, but I like the composition and her expression. Works for me!
