Help please...

My little girl went to watch England vs Romania Gymnastics today. She had her compact camera with her and had 3 photos taken with her favourite gymnasts by another youngster that they went with. Because of the amount of people there it was apparently bit of a squeeze and all photos had to be taken quickly. I was wondering (being cheeky) if anyone could do anything with these as my pp is pretty much non existant and she'd like to put the pics on her wall. You may recognise Beth Tweddle in one of the pics but she has another womans head growing out of the back of her, is it possible to do anything about that? Thanks for any help...
