Help with Adobe After Effects

I am trying to use Wrap Stabiliser in Adobe After Effects CC but keep getting the error message:

"Timed out obtaining dynamic link server connection"

any ideas?

Could be that some of your AV/Firewall software maybe restricting it or permissions are not set correctly. Try disabling your AV/Firewall and try again. If that solves it you may need to add it to the 'Allow' list or removing it from the 'block' list.
