High Iso

That's a cracker, I really like it :)

ISO1000 is nothing on a d7000 and I always much prefer natural light, I'll happily shoot 3200 on my D90 in an effort to keep the light natural.

that is a beautiful photo love the one still lit candle and smoke trail off the other
 
I think it was more luck than anything, I'm still trying to learn the nuances of the D7000 over the D90. I've not shot anything at high ISO before but I am very pleased with the result.

I like that one....lots can go wrong with a shot like that but you've done a decent job!!

I wouldn't say ISO1000 is high though....I spend most of my time at ISO1600 or higher!! I'll bet your D7000 will happily shoot at ISO3200 with a little noise reduction afterwards!! ;)
