House sparrow

Hi Matthew, it looks quite soft to me. Not sure what you are using for PP :shrug: if you are using Photoshop then try going to filter > Sharpen and try posting it up again (y)
 
Yeah thought it was, haven't got photoshop I use aperture 3, I did sharpen it, but still doesn't look great any advice?

it might help if you gave a bit of exif info, it has been stripped from your shot. What lens, focal length and shutter speed did you use ?
 
1/200 sec at 300mm iso 100
Up it to 400 iso and you will get a faster shutter speed and a sharper shot with a bit of luck (y)

Edit: Sorry, wrong advise, exposure looks ok so you don't need a faster shutter speed, more light would help or a steadier hand.

Hey Scott, how come that info isn't on there? I use a 70-300mm IS canon lens, shot at ISO 100, f 5.6, 1/200
