Seagull Sunset. Went up to watch the sunset which was not up to much as there were no clouds so instead waited for this. A seagull but not sure which species, identity please

Its a "Cornish Gull" Martin, more commonly known as a s***ehawk or Pasty Snatcher

Not sure on species, is it a Herring Gull warming it's backside?... Used to be a common thing 40 years ago seeing these sitting on chimney pots when we had coal fires.
