You need to be more specific, budget, usage, dslr, compact, bridge etc etc
 
If thats Indian rupees then that (20,000R) makes it roughly £244 currently.

You could get an older DSLR second hand or a newer bridge or an advanced compact - you really do need to give us a few more clues though, specifically what you intend to do with it - is it sports, landscape, travel, etc?

You posted here and backdoorhippes advice seems good - an iphone could do a lot of what you want.
Another site suggested the Hasselblad H4D-60, but that might be a bit expensive :)
