Sorry but that post makes no sense what so ever..

adult Hobbies have a rusty-red area around the legs and vent area to the base of the tail,commonly known as boots,juveniles tend not show this characteristic.

A bit further north but the spread of dates is pretty narrow. It would be interesting to know what a Hobby would find to eat at this time of year?
