Inside York Minster

Was in York yesterday and had time to nip in to the Minster.

Here are just four shots which I have purposely not corrected the vertical perspective and given them my over processed look

The mono is timeless - how did you frighten the people away - threaten to preach or take a collection!

Lovely lovely shots these. If I was to gripe I would try to improve the glass in #2 as it is a bit burnt out but in any case I think these shots are great and they work the way good photos should; they make you want to go there!

Not sure if it's the shaved head visible tattoos or the 1DMKII :shrug: but people just seem to move out of my way.

No tripod John.......not sure if you are allowed one in the Minster :shrug:

I shot hand held with the 35mm 1.4L @ iso 800 f2.2 / 1.8. with the lowest shutter speed @ 1/20s.

I dont think your "over processed" look is. Works well.
Not sure how you handheld a 20th @ 35mm, but well done.
