This is Carmello Masi, a Depp lookalike based in Slough, UK.
Caught him at an appearance today at the Montrose Highland Games of all places in character as Jack Sparrow from 'Pirates of the Carribean' and he kindly posed for me.

200mm/ISO200/f5.6/1/1000 Tamron 28-200mm using natural light and handheld.

Heh, that is a great shot of him Bachs. I wouldn't have known the difference either, he's pretty darn close to the real thing yes!
