Not liking the angle of the shot and the eyes are not in focus.B&W looks like it will suit the shot but for me you really need to change where you are taking the shot.

Don't like the "up the nose" pose either I'm afraid, and as said the eye is very soft. With any living subject the eyes should be tack sharp.

Thanks for the advise, I seem to of gotten the nose more than the eyes :/
