any particular hints and tips for shooting lacrosse, I've never played or watched a match but am shooting one this Wednesday.

I usually shoot rugby and occasionally football btw

From what I hear, Its a fast arressive sport, So a nice fast shutter speed will be needed - If your wanting to capture the ball in action also, it will be faster then rugby

It can get pretty full on when it comes to contact, so keep an eye out, and good luck!
