So I left her there with my camera, while I popped to the shops and the results of her photos she took of seagulls I think were good considering she don't normally take photos just the usual hol type one. Here is the few she took.

In Aberdeen we tend to refer to these beasts as 'Sh1t hawks' or 'rats with wings', although up here there nearly the size of a minibus.

On topic, my wife has a great eye composition, but has little or no idea of the gear, me on the other hand is completely the opposite!
