It has Good colours , Menacing Skies , Slight Reflections , plenty of detail in the lighthouse

What would this come out like if i got it printed, would the colours stay the same
Short answer ..Yes very likely. .
Long answer is all about colour profiles, I'm not that up on it all ...most of it's all standardised so You stand a good chance it will come out as seen on screen. It could easily be all set as a default on your machine and software.
Take some time to use the search facility and search for colour profiles. ..and google etc.
Then theirs the actual printers, most are bang on some are not, some cater for odd profiles and others don't.
Try it in your local supermarket, cheep and informative.
