Yes
Linn Falls, or Linn of Ruthrie to give it its full name, is a double cascade waterfall on the Aberlour Burn a short walk from the centre of Aberlour, Moray.
The peaty water feeds the Aberlour Distillery further downstream which gives it its lovely flavours

One of my all time favourite Malts, Christopher (y)

My favourites are the Island malts from Skye, Islay etc., but now I know that Aberlour is made with peaty water I'll drop hints about it being a nice Christmas present.:)

I like the Islay Malts as well.
So much so that we have named our Motorhome Islay and her reg number is 15 LAY ;)
The Aberlour isn't a smokey, peaty whisky.
It's more of a Christmas cake flavoured malt.
Have you tried Smokehead?
Very smokey and lovely.
Well worth a try if you haven't already ;)

Lovely set, no.1 is my favourite. Love how the green and yellow tones work with the dark water.
