Thats one slither of DOF! The 3rd looks the best of the bunch, while the first is almost there on focus and the 2nd seems to be focusses on its foreleg more than its head/eyes, but the 3rd (y)
I guess you didnt have time to close the aperture a little more and bump up the ISO to have made your job a little easier?

The only thing I would do to the images, via PP, would be, to crop a bit and lose some of empty space from the left and top of the image to bring the lizard over to the left a touch - just so its composed a little better rather than being central.
