a few photos from Liverpool cross not as good as whiteflyers but have done my best

one of one of my clubmates alex derricott who quailfied for the european under 23 team in belgium in a few weeks time

frank tickner who i thought would walk the mens race shows how much i know!

winner of the womens race another one i did'nt get right thought hayley would have too much for her but steph proved me wrong again!

These are not bad at all

It certainly looks misty and cold. Kudos to the runners, and to your good self for getting out there and doing the business.

There not much wrong with those at all, the only thing is a few missing heads in #3 , and lets be honest it was a bad day for photography. You want to see some of the ones I dumped.
