Lollipop

Hey folks, tried another different photo while shooting a hair and makeup shoot last week for a salon. What does everyone think? I know the pink gel with the flash is lighting some hair pink I see though, not sure what to do there unless I cut her out and replace the background? All C&C taken on board

To be honest, I'm not seeing how the pink actually compliments the photo. I would have chosen a colour that's in the lollipop.

If you want to keep the pink, move her further away and use barn doors on your gelled flash to direct the light and keep away from your model. Or use a paper background. Lastolite also do collapsible colours as well.

The pink was supposed to be similar to her top and lipstick but I see your point. On the flash I did you a rogue flash bender and my model was approx 2m away from the background. Guess I used the wrong settings. :s thanks for the tips though
