Lone Tree

Yeeees, it's yet another snowy photo, but just thought it's a nice twist on it. All simple and minimalistic, etc. I noticed how the tree stuck out very well amongst the snow and the cloudy sky, as if the horizon and sky was blended into as one.

The tree was on top of a very wintry-looking slope just off Farthing Common (near Folkestone). Taken yesterday with my Fuji S5600 and the photo itself has been greyscaled with a slight contrast boost, and finally resized and sharpened for internet use.

It did, Raider! There are other trees along the top of that slope but I liked the looks of that one.
And a great idea about using that image as a Christmas card . . . have noted that down for next Christmas!
