Not bad at all well exposed/edited, them pesky whites can be a nightmare on them especially the head? I have been taking some locally and even under exposing they a nightmare in the sun?
Looks like difficult light with the bird partially in shade and critique wise it just a shame you didn't get eye contact a bit more as the bird is looking away from you and with such a narrow dof at F4 it not as sharp as it could be around the head + also miss that all important catch light in the eye
