there is no 1 place in Scotland with the same level of low-level traffic as the loop. They just have too much choice for low-level up here although there are places like Selkirk-Moffat, "Star Wars Valley" near Pitlochry etc. that are better bets than some. With the draw down of the RAF, USAFE etc. you are probably more likely to get a blank day these days - even some of the old die-hards now say that it's not worth the effort anymore.
