Good to see you trying something a bit different!!

Overall, the photo doesnt jump out at me. I think it needs that little bit of processing to make it JUMP. I am not sure on what processing that is, though.

Maybe a levels adjustment.

I think I'd crop in and lose the space above their heads...and a little stronger processing should bring the photo into something interesting

Altered the levels a bit and cropped but dont do owt for me ...what do you think

Funny you mention this as they did only work for 1 hr taking the scaffold down and had a good 3hr lunch break
