Heatwave in July - didn't fancy being covered in all that paint!

These people must have so much patience - I can't sit still for 5 mins, let alone keep a pose going for hours.

I took you suggestion and found his site ( you must have good eyesight) and emailed him with the pictures I had
-not as many as I would have liked - "Retail Therapy" caused me to be asked to "move on"!

I took this this summer when my family was visiting. I used selective colouring too. Great minds think alike.

I cut the feet out on purpose because of the ugly box... not sure which is better though.
 
Shamble it what I do all the time - have been duly corrected and like the additional posts - It is surprising how often we all come up with varying views of the same subject yet come from all over the country. It is surprising nowadays I look with an eye for a picture and have to be careful that I miss the overall scene and atmosphere.
 
Fret not.
The purple dude is well worthy of (all) your attentions.
