Went for something a bit different from my norm. A simple one light mood shot. Great stuff for youngsters profile pictures hes pleased with these ones. What do you think. (Apart from the plaster work adding texture lol )

Thanks guys. Single flash fired at 90 degrees. Went for hard light for the contrast so no modifier.

Your subject needs more light to the face in #1 and in #2 where he has floating head syndrome, I'd probably have changed the position of the light to give more exposure overall...

If you were only working with one flash you could have Just exposed a bit more and used the adjustment brush to get the desired effect but really, you''re looking at a couple of lights for a better effect out of camera.

Compositions are nice, just the lighting for me.
