MPB faulty quote

I purchased a DJI osmo when it was first released and have never taken it out of the packaging, I've tried getting a quote on mpb but when ever i fill the device name and condition of the camera, the quote price still says £0.00. I don't know if this is normal or there's a fault with the website but if there anyone who could advise me on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated !
 
I tried and a DJI Osmo Pocket with Like New condition is showing a price of £100. Have you tried with creating an account on MPB?
