Messing around just getting to know my new D90 at the weekend and picked up this candid in the process.

As the shot or subjects are not composed I am looking more for technical advice re: ISO, exposure etc. the shot looks to me like it should be sharp and crisp which it isn't...only using the 18 - 105 kit lens so can't expect to much I supose indoors from distance.

Can anyone tell me how to get the image in the post?
 
Upload the picture to your TP gallery and then copy the link into the post. Make sure that the image isn't any bigger than 200kb though, and make sure the image itself isn't too big, I forget the exact size. If you need a resizer, have a google for 'faststone'.
