My first "popular" on 500px

As the title says, ive only ever had one "upcoming" before this too.
Im sure many of you more popular kids get them all the time, but its my first so thought id share.

Congrats ynot! I have real trouble getting views etc on 500px! Really like the wave through the field on this, leading the eye in and the colours are very rich, but not overpowering.

I too struggle with views on there, it only had 30 odd when it was made "popular". Same as i struggle with comments on here, 140 views and only your comment. Must be doing something wrong.

Im just learning composition and to me its a great example of how to lead a shot, theres something really warming about wheat shots.
Farmers can be a law unto themselves and even at that distance from him i wouldnt have gone in his field especially as he was drunk.
