hello guys i took this photo with my new 60d with the nifty fifty on and using off camera flash to left whats your opinions and tips thanks for all your help in advance

This is beautiful. The colour looks true and the lighting is allowing the colour to deepen into the centre of the flower. I might be inclined to crop off the far left and just leave that spray out. It could be my eyes but the centre of the flower looks soft to me.

Agree with Tina it does look a little soft, have you sharpened it at all.
the colours look good and nice blurry background
