Lovely balance of fill-in flash.

I don't find the background lights too distracting, as they give a feel of the location. I woud however be tempted to reduce the brightness of the one next to her arm, so that it is less dominant, and also perhaps the next one along in front of her shoudl be slightly less bright - but that is just my gut feeling.

yeah funnily enough I left my SB-800 in the room, I was gonna do natural light but the light was fading FAST so I popped up the onboard flash and job done A

I think it's because on-board flash is 'generally' frowned upon, particularly when you have a great external flash system.
