Hi all,

Just to introduce myself as a total newbie to the world of exposure (oo er!),shutter speed control and contrast - what's it al about?

I have been playing around with my shiny new Sony Alpha 300 for a couple of months now and got some interesting results with Elements7. I have tried setting up an album but keep getting the message that my file size exceeds limits (although a single picture is around 1.5MB and I am supposedly allowed around 16MB?).

Anyway, if I get this sorted I'll submit some pics.

hi Adam - welcome. If you just want to put your pics on-line then 1.5 meg is way too big anyway. Try getting them down to 800px longest side @ 72dpi - which is fine for on screen viewing - and file sizes should be closer to 300k.
