Cheers Michael

All 1D3 with Canon 100-400. Various focal lengths at f5.6

Gorgeous! Love the action one with the ears flapping, very cute!

Thanks folks

It will be nice to have a Springer about the place again having lost my last one (Fingal) last July.

Skye and Breagh (my other 2 dogs) have been very good with him today and the introduction has gone well.

Great pup. Great shots also Phil. We got an 8 week old Golden Retriever last weekend so hope to put up some shots this week as I am off on holiday. I think I will have my work cut out for them to be as good as yours though.

OMG don't let the wife see these she will want one! Puppy not the lens lol.
Great shots and gorgeous pup.

lovely depth of field, gorgeous puppy, nicely captured. Hope he brings you much joy

Cheers folks.

He didn't sleep much last night (yawn)

Superb photos of a gorgeous pup, take plenty more...they grow up too fast !

He's a sturdy wee guy isn't he.
A real beauty of a pup.

Bracken, our Black & White Springer pup is now 6 months old and a real livelwire
He's more the lean, leggy type of Springer.
I can't get over how quickly he is growing.

Enjoy your new pup

Mike

Thanks folks

Sturdy - yes he's a chunky chap at the moment.

What super photos. Our two Cocker Spaniels have taken to socks, shoes, mobile phones, and really anything else they can get hold of - most of the time found tucked away with them on their beds!!

Definitely a spaniel thing.

There's 'dog proof' and then there's 'spaniel proof'. Poles apart !
