This is my take on the A380 @ Manchester Airport today.

I was hoping to get some landing shots and despite a mad dash from Wales I failed, as I came off the motorway at about 12ish I was confronted by what can only be described as organised chaos lol. Cars just parking any way and the police struggling to cope. Managed to grab a video of it turning round on top of the tunnels. See here for video

So I decided I would try again for take off, plotted my spot and off I went got there with 10 mins to spare and this is the results

that 1st and last are great mate! I was saying to my mate I wanted to get a shot from under it and looking down the runway. Glad someone did!

My friend just text me about all that chaos the police couldnt do anything about! haha
 
Nice work Andy :) You must have been sat right near me on departure (see my thread!).. I was the chap in shorts hauling the 300mm round!

Phil I was sat behind you on the fence surrounding the landing lights, I had a white bench t-shirt and was using a Pentax K200D with a Tamron 70-300mm lens
