Myrtle Warbler, Durham

Hi All, went for the Myrtle Warble today in Shincliffe, fantastic bird, small crowd of around 15 people observing the bird plus small group of Waxwings on the same lane, " eastern birds meet western birds" how likely is that on a small lane in Northern UK??
