[Namaste]

I came home from work the other morning with a big 12 hour nightshift head on me, and there was quite an interesting light bouncing off my back wall and coming in through my window. So I sat and after several attempts I was happy enough with this one

I empathise with twelve+ hour night shifts!

Bounce some more light into your eyes, and stick your chin slightly forward to avoid extra skin creases under your chin.
