Nearly Surfing....

I don't know if this works. I spotted these two wandering along the beach at Tynemouth, Tyne and Wear. It was the bright colour of the boards that attracted me so I took the shot with the thought of converting it to B&W and then doing the colour history thingy in PS.

I have cropped and zoomed it a fair bit to get rid of the other people who were on the beach at the time.

Anyway surfs really up at the moment so I am going to try and get down there a bit more and try my hand at some closer action shots.

Yes, I think the crop works.

The crop is great and suits the image. I have my reservations about the desaturation and selective colouriung though

The idea works but something about the shot prevents the colour history thing working - maybe a tighter crop?
