Not always the bed of roses people think :(

So i love my career and I love photography but this week so far has been just plain hard.

One of my brides has died of Cancer whilst with child and they are using the wedding photos on facebook and in the papers as a memorial.

And then as we speak i have been asked by a good friend to edit the photos of her newborn son I took at his christening for use at his funeral as he has been given very little time to live.

Photos are supposed to bring joy but sitting here editing the face of a child who will soon no longer be with us is not the easiest thing to do.

I totally agree with Norkie.
Your images are one reason why, with time, they will be able to smile and remember the happy occassions in question.
You gave them the gift.... a tiny moment in time - captured forever.
