But looking around again has inspired me to get the macro lens out and have a play, so thanks for that
I took this a while ago and never found out what it was, I do remember it was very quick and kept trying to hit me with its tail, do they sting or bite and what is it?

I thought I did copy the bb code, what's that I copied then?
I used to manage no problem, I'm going downhill hah a

And yes, he seemed a ferocious wee thing, just wondered if there was a bite or sting there to be avoided

It definitely said bb code so may be settings but I can't see where to alter that
 
Thats a cool beatle, bruce, whereabouts did you spot it, was it a ground-based beatle or in a tree/bush? (it is common? just so I can lot for it in the right places), ta!
