Old mine

last weekend I took a trip with some friends to an old mine, I set my camera up at the end of one of the many tunnels, someone had added a bit of smoke with a firework so it helped with the lighting, I took a few shots but this one came out best.

The light came from some ones head light as they entered the tunnel , I just stood there waiting for some one to pass by , it did not take to long as it was quite busy down there that weekend.

Great shot, loving the way the light hits the rails but also picks up the detail in the walls in particular on the left, but there's enough to just see the other wall too. Wish I lived somewhere near here.

I like it, but is there any detail you can pull out of the massive black patch in the foreground? Just needs a little texture to open it up a touch as it feels out of keeping with the rest IMO of course
